CSV cells that start with = + - or @ are prefixed so spreadsheets do not run them as formulas.
How each column is scored

Questions
Can the workbench audit my website?
No. It runs only in your browser with invented rows. It shows the method; your own audit needs your own crawl and evidence.
Why are CSV cells prefixed?
Spreadsheet apps can run cells that start with =, +, - or @ as formulas. The export adds a leading apostrophe to such cells so they open as text.
Is the verdict a ranking signal?
No. It is an editorial triage label for deciding what to fix first.
